Orders are shipped via third-party couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other external factors.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon courier pickup. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.
